Some weddings are not just events—they’re experiences etched in memory, full of color, emotion, laughter, and those little unspoken moments that say this is forever.
Virangi & Jay’s two-day wedding at The Fern, Lonavala was exactly that: a celebration of love, laughter, and a promise of forever that unfolded in the most beautiful way.

The celebrations kicked off under the starry sky with a Sangeet night that was nothing short of electric. Fairy lights twinkled above while music echoed through the hills, and friends and family danced their hearts out. From choreographed performances to spontaneous dance-offs, the energy was fast, fun, and contagious.

But amidst the chaos and confetti, something quietly magical happened.

During a dance, Virangi stumbled and fell during their couple dance. Before anyone could react, Jay was there—arms outstretched, lifting her up without hesitation. That one moment shifted something in her. In the middle of the high-energy night, she felt a wave of calm wash over her. She looked into his eyes and realized: This is what love looks like. This is what forever feels like. He wouldn’t just pick her up at that moment—he’d always be there to catch her, in every fall, in every phase of life.

The next morning, the venue transformed into a canvas of sunshine. The Haldi ceremony was soaked in turmeric, laughter, and sheer joy. Bright marigolds, haldi-smeared cheeks, and mischievous friends armed with petals and color bombs set the tone.

Virangi and Jay were glowing—not just with the haldi, but with anticipation and excitement. Every corner of the venue echoed with giggles and playful banter. It was the kind of chaos that only comes with deep love and the warmth of a close-knit family.

As the sun began its descent behind the Sahyadri hills, The Fern came alive with the elegance of tradition and the beauty of heartfelt emotion. The mandap, dressed in whites and pastels, looked straight out of a dream.

Jay stood at the altar, eyes scanning the crowd for her. And then she appeared—Virangi, radiant in her bridal glory, eyes shimmering with unshed tears and untold joy.

The ceremony was a blend of smiles, soft sobs, and rituals that felt sacred. Every vow they took felt deeper because everyone knew—this wasn’t just about a wedding. This was about two souls who had already chosen each other long before this day.

The wedding may have lasted just two days, but the feeling lingered. Even as they said goodbye and shared quiet glances, it was clear: the feeling of being married hadn’t quite set in… and maybe that’s the magic of it.

Because when you’re madly in love like Virangi and Jay, the journey is just beginning. And what a beautiful beginning it is.
